What are your payment options?

For significant damage or loss, you may be responsible for the full replacement cost of the prop. Be sure to contact us if you have any further questions regarding this matter.

How do I pick up and return the props?

We offer free delivery and collection services for all bookings valued over $250. For bookings under this amount, we charge a fixed flat rate for this service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel your booking within 24 hours for any reason, and you'll receive a full 100% refund of the total booking price.
