Yes, we require a security deposit for all bookings. The deposit amount will vary depending on the value of the booking you place. Your security deposit will be 100% refunded following the collection and condition report of the props.

We understand that accidents happen. We encourage you to handle our props with care. In the event of minor damage, a small repair fee may apply. For significant damage or loss, you may be responsible for the full replacement cost of the prop. Be sure to contact us if you have any further questions regarding this matter.

We offer free delivery and collection services for all bookings valued over $250. For bookings under this amount, we charge a fixed flat rate for this service.

Cancel your booking within 24 hours for any reason, and you'll receive a full 100% refund of the total booking price.
