What are your payment options?
Via Shopify, we accept various payment methods, including all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Afterpay. You can securely complete your payment during the checkout process.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit for all bookings. The deposit amount will vary depending on the value of the party props you'd like to hire. Your security deposit will be 100% refunded following the collection and condition report of the props.
What if I damage a party prop or decoration?
A small repair fee may apply. For significant damage or loss to any party prop or decoration, you may be responsible for the full replacement cost of the prop. Be sure to contact us if you have any further questions regarding this matter.
How do I pick up and return the props?
We offer free delivery and collection services for all bookings valued over $250. For bookings under this amount, we charge a fixed flat rate for this service.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel your booking within 24 hours for any reason, and you'll receive a full 100% refund of the total booking price.

Can I make change my booking after it is confirmed?
Yes, you can add or exchange props for another after your booking is confirmed. Simply contact us to communicate your changes.
Do you make custom party props and or decorations?
Yes, we do! Thanks to our extensive carpentry experience, we are well uniquely placed to create any party prop that you can imagine! However, be sure to allow adequate time for its production prior to your event date.
Are you insured?
Yes, absolutely! Hoshii carries comprehensive liability insurance. This insurance protects our business in the event of accidents, injuries, or property damage that might occur in connection with our operations, such as during the delivery, setup, or collection of our party props.
